The Neighborhood
One of the things that "sold" us on this house was its location. You could not ask for a better neighborhood to settle into with your family. The people are friendly, there are plenty of kids to play with, the elementary school is just a short walk away, there is a walking trail that meanders along the river, and the local park is just down the street.
Not only that, but the people are fantastic. I hate to say it, but I think 850 W. is the best street on the block. In the summer, you can walk out your front door and join a swim party, or a game of soccer. Fireworks on the Fourth of July and watermelon in the shade. You can pass the winter months building snowmen or taking turns playing at one another's houses.
This neighborhood holds a special place in our hearts, and we encourage you to drive around, and ask the people you see in their yards what they like about living here - you won't be disappointed.

The City
Springville is a growing community that gives you the feel of a small town, but is still close enough to shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, etc.
Downtown:
Springville City is family-oriented, with many different parks, an indoor swimming pool, and local businesses that cater to the community and its needs. Some of our favorite places to visit in Springville are The Art City Trolley, The Springville Museum of Art, Mark Anthony's Aveda Salon, and the many other shops and boutiques that make the city unique.
Outdoor Recreation:
If you love the mountains, this is the city to be in. Literally only minutes away, Hobble Creek Canyon offers a wide variety of hiking trails, tubing and sledding hills, cross-country skiing and the Hobble Creek golf course.
Upcoming Features:
Just a few minutes' walk from 483 N. 850 W. will soon be a new City Community Park. Complete with tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, playgrounds, dog park and splash park. Click here to see the plans and estimated completion date.
The city is also constructing a new library, with state-of the art features and an expanded selection. The Springville Library currently offers many different free classes and family-oriented activities including Music and Movement and Story Time, among others.
